I am a Zumba addict. I bought some of the capri pants with the hanging stringy things on them and I got a large and they were definatley made small. Felt more like a medium. Buy 1 size bigger.

Just searched for this topic and found this thread. Well I had a 1 1/2 mth weight loss stall. I started with a trainer 8 days ago and she put me on this clean eating type of plan. Well in 8 days I am down 4.2 lbs!!!! Eating good food and no more processed foods has gotten me out of my rut and I feel better!

I did Zumba last night. 2 class, 2 hours. I only logged 90 mins though because I dont think I am burning as many calories as it says. Because some songs are slower and breaks are taken for water. But I have same problem too many calories when I do my Zumba classes. I just try to have a protein shake or something to add…

I teach at a University 1 night a week. I found another website that calculated the standing and manually entered those calories into my exercise log. I log those since it is not an everyday thing.

Everyday in the am after I get up and use restroom. Love Zumba!!!! Was so worried at first, but it is ADDICTING!!!! I do it 4-5 times a week. Sometimes 2 classes in 1 night! I get better and better each time after learning the instructor's routines. I am now thinking of being an instructor!

My BMI calculator says I will be out of the "overweight" category when I hit 146. I want to be around 135-140 to be a little under the top of the healthy weight scale.

weighed again today I was down 4 ozs from yesterday, but still a lb over what I was a week ago. So still frustrated. Havent gone over my calories. I start with a trainer on Saturday morning so hopefully she can help me figure this out.

I have been stuck in the low 150's. I can't seem to get to the 140's. Funny how are bodies just want to hold on to a weight when we are so desperate to drop to the next 10's!

I was at 1200 but I changed to the "Lose 1 pound a week goal" and I am now at 1330 a day.

My husband plays WOW and it almost ruined our marriage. He still plays but not as much. He literally did nothing but go to work come home and play on that game all the time.... Now he is on My Fitness Pal in prep for our Jamaica vacation in 62 days :smile:

I too have a sugar addiction. Once I have 1 piece and I want more! I have found tootsie rolls (mini's) help alot and are low calorie. I make sure to workout so that I can earn extra calories. I eat alot of sweets and snacks but I count it all everyday and rarely go over my allowed calories.

I have gone from 40 mins to 32 mins 55 seconds about a week ago. All on a treadmill as I am new to running. Have been sick so I havent ran in over a week.
