  • Try to eat 5-6 meals a day... i rarely meet my calorie goals but i do try. Maybe snacking on a protein bar or rice cake with almond butter would help. You don't want to lose muscle. I love p28 bagels.. their almond butter (or peanut butter).. i also love Nuts 'N more almond butter. Get those Cals! :)
