Is it to late to join, my problem is usually by the time i get home from work i am starving and have trouble controlling my portions, my main problem is the weekends, i always seem to go over on my calories, sometimes way over.

It is a known fact that soy and tofu are estrogen disrupters. If a doctor recommends them to raise estrogen levels in menopausal women, then maybe it isn't good for the rest of us who have normal estrogen levels.

starting mfp: 164.5 Start SSWLC; 159.5 Current: 150 Ultimate goal: 115 Loss/Gain -9.5 lbs This summer has been hard, I haven't lost what i had hoped to, but i am happy that i did lose some. I changed my goal to a more realistic one along the way, i am hoping to get to 148 by next week.

starting mfp: 164.5 last week: 159.5 this week: 155.5 loss/gain: -4 i finally started losing again, i was up 2 and now i'm down 2 pounds. i'm happy to finally see the scale move in the right direction.
