You could also try this web site, mapmyrun.com you put in your address and it pulls up a map, then you just click your route and it tells you how far it is.

You should definitely see a doctor, and don't go to the ER unless you have no other choice. It sucks to have to pay 50-75$ to see a DR but its not as bad as a $300 ER bill. It sounds like strep throat which when left untreated can cause heart problems later in life.

I have insomnia occasionally and I use a supplement called melatonin, you can get it at most drug stores. It kinda dissolves in your mouth, it works pretty fast so take it when your ready for bed, also if you use it too often it can cause you to have strange vivid dreams. hope it works for you.

According to your profile you dont have much to loose, the closer you get to your goal the harder it is. Also plateaus happen usually after you loose 10% of your body weight.

This is just a guess, but maybe your stomach is used to producing more acid in order to digest larger amounts of food and now you have an excess because your portions are smaller. I agree if it doesnt get better you should see you doctor.

Its not just air, your belly is constantly making rumbling and gurgling noises(you just cant hear all of it), its just the sound of food moving through your digestive tract.

I would go with the weight after it was cooked, the weight difference is usually the fluid in the meat and the fat that cooks out.

Try pepcid, for me it works better than zanctac, just make sure it is the maximum strength stuff, it takes a little while to work but it last a long time. Also is there any chance that your pregnant again.

Did you suddenly increase your fiber intake. It takes some time for your body to get used to eating lots of fiber when you haven't for a long time. Its a little easier on your body if you gradually increase your fiber.

It all depends on what you are wearing too. I have tried to see the difference before, i got on the scale naked, then got completely dressed shoes, belt and all and i gained 3.5lbs or so.

I will need to have mine resized soon, i have lost 25lbs, last week one of my rings fell off while i was asleep. I still have 28lbs to go so i will wait as long as possible. I think i need to go down at least a 1/4 size maybe even 1/2 a size.

Do you like squash, my favorit is yellow squash, slice it up and spray it with olive oil spray, then just pop it in the oven, at 350 until its nice and tender.
