Also, I eat about 5-6 times a day. Breakfast, snack 1, lunch, snack 2, and dinner, snack maybe.

I can't speak for everyone due to the fact everyone bodies responds differently to different exercises(i.e. strength training, cardio, circuit etc...) and dieting. Personally I started at 298 played college football and exercise science major so I know a little about this. Again I'm only going to say what is working for…

McDonald's Southwest grilled chicken salad. very fulfilling for me but, has a lot of sodium. Think it's about 390 cals w/sauce.

I dealt with this the other day as well. Not only was he curling in the squat rack...he would sit down after 1 set for like 5 minutes and mess with his phone. I wanted to break him.

I don't eat mine back, but I'm allowed 2200+ at a 1.5lbs weight lost. I'm never to hungry anyway after consuming that. I'm sure when the calories drop I will start to eat them back lol.

I believe it's up to the indivdual. You have to find which will allow you to maintain your workout at a high level. I played college football and we would lift then run, but some days we ran than lifted. I found the days of running first and lifting second A LOT harder than the other way. Which I welcomed becuase it…

Some use it as a motivation factor, like myself

Seahawks and Broncos in Superbowl. Seahawks all the way.

Realize that everyone metabolism/body fuctions and responds completely different. Not everyone is the same. What works for you may not work for the next person. You can't tell a normal indivdual who has basic diet/exercise princapls to eat they same way/things a competive athlete does...but that's JMO.
-
I know that, if they wanted to see others they would send a request.
-
So you would give a 20 yr old girl who wants a little defintion in her abs the same advice youd give a competitve bodybuilder....
-
It clearly states in my profile desciption that its not me...I'm not pretending to be anyone, I have personal pic as well up as well. That's just motivation.
