I still have diet drinks sometimes - diet sodas, 'sparkling ice' by talking rain, crystal light type stuff rarely, etc. I'd like to cut them out entirely but they don't seem to stall me so I don't mind them for variety sometimes.

I like the Dark Chocolate Antioxidant shake, Peanut butter soft serve (as a shake), & chocolate mint crunch bar the best. I also like the hot cocoa when I'm at work.

I second the spaghetti squash idea! It's yummy! I have it as a side w/ meatballs. There are other things you can do w/ cauliflower. I turn it into cauli mashed 'fauxtatoes' and mock 'rice' as well and it helps with various dishes!

Some people cook up sliced radishes until they are like crispy potatoes, or boil them like new potatoes! I have yet to try it.

No, you aren't getting it mixed up. That's the common ratios people talk about for 40/30/30, but some others may switch it up I guess. Those are roughly my ratios but if I can go lower on carbs that's usually better for me.

Not a bad thing at all! I get roughly 40% of my macronutrients from protein. You can check your settings as others have mentioned.

I was vegan for over 10 years. I ate a few protein sources other than what you mentioned... I enjoyed tempeh a lot and would make fajitas out of it. It's a fermented soy product. Nearly daily to check (not obsessively, just kind of keeping tabs) when I am in the early / fast phase of my weight loss. Then when it slows if I miss a few days it's no big deal. I only count my official weigh ins weekly but I've started updating my apps more often than that for accuracy of the calculations.
