I agree with the recommendations of a better quality, high impact sports bra. You could double up if you need to, but a good bra should solve the problem. Try different brands out (the ones I'd recommend have been mentioned) to see what works for you.

Hi! Since I agree that the consensus will be to weight train, I wanted to suggest things hat wouldn't take up as much space. Maybe body weight exercises, or a "body bar" (thin weighted stick which takes up virtually no space at all) would help?

I have a Magic Bullet and the Medifast blender. I have my fridge ice dispenser crush the ice first. The Bullet crushes slightly better than Medifast's version, but they're pretty similar. I always add ice first, then the packet, then water. If I do the packet first, it gets kind of lumpy.

Rupert just issued an apology to his family! And there is all this news about his wife tweeting "wow" and deactivating her twitter account after following Us Weekly.

I'm told this news has broken via Us Magazine and People. As far as Hollywood gossip goes, these are usually the ones that are less tabloid-like. (EDIT to add: Also the LA Times.) I'm tempted to believe this. The director (Rupert Sanders) is married to the woman who played K's MOTHER in SWatH! They have 2 kids!
