My goal is to follow my plan every day. EVERY day. No cheat meals (which turn into cheat a cheat day, then a cheat weekend...). 28 days at or under my carb goal!

I was interrupted when making a cup of coffee and lost track while measuring, so don't know if I used 3 or 4 tablespoons of fat free half and half. My food diary might be off by 10 calories!

I have Chipotle a couple of times a week and am consistently losing. I suggest a burrito bowl instead (saves 290 calories). They will also make it with half rice, half cheese, etc. so you can save calories but still have the flavors you love. Good luck!

Place chicken in a slow cooker and cover with salsa. When it is finished cooking, it is infused with flavor. Great alone or in tacos or enchiladas.
