Congratulations! It sounds like you are doing well so far! I'm on week 6 and my weight loss isn't as quick as I thought it would be. I may throw some more carb free meals into my high carb days to pump up the loss. Best wishes! Kim

I'm at the same spot as you.. Monday will begin slingshot week for me. I'm gonna try it and see what happens and then tweak it from there. Sorry I can't help you with that, but I would think you could add a little, and test it... For breakfast I use Almond Milk, protein pwd, and cinnamon to put on my granola cereal,, The cinnamon, makes it yummy... :)

I agree with the measuring. I lost 5 pounds the first week and 2 pounds the second week. ( i'm 115 pounds overweight) BUT in 2 weeks I lost lots of inches. Bust- 1" upper ab- 1 1/2" Lower ab- 1 " right leg 1/2 " right arm 1/2" In only 2 weeks!!! So hang in there! I bet the fat is falling off!
