  • I'm 43 and just looked back on when I last logged in. It was 40 pounds and 5 years..... Shame on me! I'm here with my tail between my legs looking for support. Good luck to you all! I'm going to go do some yoga and see if I can't feel a little better and hold my head higher....
  • I have the same problem - only mine starts around 3 PM. I've found sipping on a mug of College Inn White Wine & Herb Chicken Broth can help take the edge off for me. It tastes like you're getting something pretty decadent and the calories are fairly insignificant - like 15 cal. for 8 oz or something.
  • Thanks for all of the suggestions. I'm going to try to keep a better food journal w/cravings and what not noted so I can refer back and see where my diet can be tweaked before I buy anything. I appreciate all of the comments and support! Good luck everyone!
