Marriages??? I'm guessing one didn't survive? I have a friend going through this right now. I think you need a lot of support from your friends. A lot of people will tell you to dump him, etc, but only you will knoe when the time is right and when/if you're ready to do that.

The best time of day to workout is whatever fits in your schedule that you can actually stick to. I workout in the mornings because after work, I am too tired and lazy. Pure and simple. Also, eat something before you workout if you're hungry. It doesn't have to be a full meal. I have a handful of trail mix, it works for me.
