I have this same problem. I started eating before I exercise and that helps. I usually eat a mini popcorn bag (I eat it in the car on the way to the gym) - Jolly Time 94% fat free butter popcorn. I also snack on veggies while making dinner.

I have the same problem exactly! I just can't be home. I go to the gym and stay as long as I can so I don't tempt myself.

I'm in the same boat. I have absolutely no willpower whatsoever. I am sticking to my diet and exercise program for now, but have declined all holiday parties because I know it will be a disaster. Instead I'm meeting friends for "holiday walks".
