So I tried the challenge and holy moly it felt great :) and was so proud of myself for 1. Doing it and 2. continuing with my workout after it it :) I think I'm going to make this a mid week mini challenge evey week and slowly increase the number of lifts and add in weights.

I weight in every other day But this is really all about the measurements for me not the pounds. I take my weight into account every fifth day though.

The sad thing about PCOS is that if you don't stay on top of your weight lose then you'll gain it all back and more. I've been fighting this battle for the last 8 years and it's like a yoyo. I rotate the two every other day. So Monday is narrow and Tuesday is Wide to target the Quads and the the inner thighs. Which is really begining to work for me. Maybe that might work for you for your challenge Good luck!

It's hard sitting at the desk for 8 hours a day, but I take 5 min breaks every 2 hours and do stretched and squats to get my body heated up and heart rate going. That's fantastic that you keep reaching your goal weight and then lower it bit by bit. I have started adding in squatting and increased my number with sit ups, russian twists, and reverse sit ups. Need to wait a bit longer to add lunges in, they still kinda hurt to do since I'm short and not super flexible
