I listen to music, I couldn't deal with cardio without it. It depends on what you wanna do though, for weight training its just a matter of focusing on the correct technique and form. Cardio is horrible, I'm sure nobody enjoys it but we all have to do it, so fill up an MP3 player and let your mind drift away.

If you were to use a thermoputic fat stripper you would probably find yourself sweating alot more during your DVDs. I'm not sure what you guys have over in the states, but I use Thermopure and find myself sweating alot more with it.

That is fundamentally wrong. Not all fat is unhealthy, but you better believe that cholesterol and saturated fat will make you fat. As for fructose, eating foods with high sugar contents are a sure fire way to put on the pounds, but to recommend not eating fruit to somebody trying to loose weight is a very poor show…

I don't know how well these are though of in these parts but a pre work out supplement would certainly increase your energy levels. Even something basic like an energy shot (red bull shot etc) about 20 mins before working out should kick you up a gear for training hard. I will be starting a 4 week cycle of Jack3D next week…

My view on this is that it would be difficult for some people to eat back all their exercise calories. I know I couldn't, but it depends how much work your doing and what kind of calories your eating. You would be better concentrating on taking in the correct amount of carbs for energy and protein for muscle recovery…

Swapping fizzy juice for water Swapping full fat milk for soy milk. Both of these have made big differences to me :)

I'm the same, I generally spend the weekdays working out however, at the weekend when I'm staying with the mrs we tend to pig out a little bit. The simple solution for me is to work hard during the week at the gym and make small changes at the weekend to minimise the damage. The main differences I have made is changing…
