I try not to sweat it. Long as I am within the range. Besides your settings are built to have you lose weight anytime you are exact in your calories so with a 15 to 20 overage on a day it's not really going to have that much affect (make you gain or anything).

Until you get a heart rate monitor, the taebo or aerobics may work for logging purposes depending on which particular DVD you're found. You might even do yoga for the recovery DVD since it's a lot of stretching.

P90x is more of a strength resistance program. I just finished Insanity but haven't done turbofire. I lost 7.5 inches in my waist and hips apiece from insanity and lost 21 pounds and that was not even following the diet guide that went with them. I love insanity and will probably do it again soon.
