One of my friends on mfp sent me this excel chart where you can track your inches, weight loss, calories burned and taken in, your fit test results and your pics at different stages of the workout.

Are you all counting switch kicks with each leg being one rep or both legs being one? I see people saying numbers like 150 or so and just wondered. I've counted both legs as one.

I go for my shorts and a tank top when out and about working out. If i'm home then then just the shirts. I hate the way t shirts feel as I try to workout. But however you feel most comfortable...go for it! I hate the added laundry I have too though so you may wanna go for the less option.

Great post. More people need to be aware of this. Sometimes your weight may stay the same but those inches that you've lost will make you just feel a whole lot better! I'm glad you've been doing so well. Just keep doing what you're doing!!!

A light snack maybe some fruit as someone has suggested. I try a banana if I'm in your situation most times. About 100 calories but it's something on your stomach to somewhat tide you over til your next meal.

This is great advice! I just say make it through this interval...and don't look at the time. During month one I was constantly watching the clock when I could and now I just try to do it!!!

I mainly stayed the same in a few exercises from the previous go round. I would start out great but then kinda diminish. If I was close to my previous number I would push really hard in the last 10 seconds to get back to that number. But I've heard this has happened for lots of people...your legs are sore from a weeks…

Having others to support you, congratulate you or even somewhat scold you for doing wrong can be very helpful. I love the support I've gotten on here and it has helped me stay active. :) Oh, and good luck. I know if you stay dedicated that you can do it!!!

It's not easy to do. You would just have to keep going and going and you would definitely feel "full" before you got to that point.

It's like tightening your abs and staying tight in your thighs, quads and glutes. Shaun t wears that line out huh?
