You are retaining water because of the high level of sodium (salt). Dink plenty of water, eat normally, try not to eat too salty for the next few days, and you will drop all that in no time. It happens to all of us.

Lunch: 1/2 cup brown rice, 4oz of chicken breast with Frank's buffalo sauce, broccoli stir fry veggie mix. One Skinny cow milk chocolate wafer. Snack: Greek yogurt for morning snack & protein bar for the afternoon.

This is one of the funniest things I’ve ever read around MFP. (Well, at least for a non-Cuban living in South Florida.) OP - totally doable. Like everybody said, moderation is key. If you can cook your own meals and control the ingredients even better. Good Luck.
