I add mine in everyday. Its more so I can see my calcuim and iron intake because I need to pay attn to those.

Personally I think your eating too much. I would never be able to lose weight with the amount your eating and I weigh more then you.

Have you tried texas de brazil? The last time I was there I was like 17 and it seemed pricey. haha but not sure if your looking for more. Have you tried the Jappense places where they cook in front of you? Those are delish and again seem pricey...

It looks like you are eating a lot of process foods. Chips, wheat thins. These things are ok once in a while but everyday will prolly slow down your weight loss. I have that problem. I weigh myself everytime I walk past it. I tried putting it away before, it was horrible! Will never do that again.

I weigh with my work out clothes. I use to weigh naked but would get frustrated when I weighed in with my personal trainer and he would record my weight and it would be up 2 pounds because of my clothes!

I used a cupcake pan when I did mine. I thought it would only keep my from eating one at a time... it didnt. lol

Have you gotten on the scale? I dont take my measurements, just rely on the scale. I work out 5x a week burning at least 700 calories a workout and I usually eat about 1300-1500 calories a day and im losing about 2 pounds a week., sometimes one. Its a lot of work, you might need to boost up your exercise.
