You can change them to times. If you wake up at 10pm put like 10pm- 1am as breakfast and so on, good luck

MFP is usually way over for me! For example for 30 min of the elliptical it says I would burn 540 but I really only burn 350. But I am sure its different for everyone.

Mike, I can understand having no time. I also work and a student and now adding working out to that mix, there isnt much time, i understand that! I take time at night before I go to bed to put all my food together for the next day. If I didnt do this, I am sure I would still be eating pretty crappy! I still eat out once in…

I just took a look at it, first off POP HAS GOT TO GO. If your serious about the weight loss get rid of the pop, beer, and fast food. Just because you are staying in your calorie range , your food selections are pretty horrible. Try adding some fruit and veggies and lean meats and whole grain carbs. Take a look at others…

During school I would drink so much coffee, when I decided to start eating healthy, the coffee i was drinking had to go, man did I have the worst headaches for days! It eventually went away, hope you feel better.

When I first started dieting, I started spotting , and to me this was a huge deal becacuse im on the depo and havent had my period in about 2 years. It was from the weight loss, you will be fine :-)

I just started taking EBOOST. Im usually knocked out cold at 10pm because I wake up at 5am for the gym.. but yesterday I took my EBOOST at 4 and I was not ready for bed at 10. This stuff has been the only thing that gives me energy, energy drinks dont work either and neither do certain foods :-(

I workout in the morning and before hand I eat half a bagel thin, a banana, and peanut butter. After I try to eat anything that I can get the most protein out of!

Oh thank you, your so sweet! Ya I try to add olive oil to my cooking to get more calories when im short! haha. I never tried almond butter, I will have to check this out, thank you soo very much!

If i ate 2000 calories in healthy food, that would be alot of food! my body physically cant eat that much. I would throw up. pretty simple. Like i said, i can understand if you dont get it :-)

OK maybe I can help you guys out, I had lapband sugery , so I can not physically eat all those calories without having my food be bad. I can understand if you guys cant understand that, but I need to find a different way to lose the weight, but thanks for all your help anyways :-)

Because I cant up my calories. Theres no way I can eat 2000 calories without eating crappy food, therefore making the calorie count higher.

And you cant compare how long it takes you to burn the calories on the same thing that im doing because I weigh 270, im obviously going to burn a lot more calories then you.

Oh you picked out two bad days! lol I see what you mean though! Well I burned 500 in 45 minutes in the morning then went back to the gym after work and burned another 500 in 45 minutes. It wasnt all at once. But this morning I did burn 700 calories in an hour, so its not like it cant be done.

I would gain so much weight in a month if I increased my calories for that long! I can not do that! my body will have to find a new way to get pass this no weight loss.

Thats what they suggest for 2 pounds a week. I tried 1 pound and it shot up to 2000 calories and i gained with that. Thats just way to many for me , that doesnt work. I use the heart rate intervals and i lose tons of calories that way! its great!

I usually dont eat past 8 inless im starving from a workout. I do interval training, I dont take pills, i cant swallow them! hahha. Im trying not to let it bother me, but two weeks now, its really starting to hit hard!

Yes I have a HRM so my calories burned are what I burn at the gym.. I work hard for those! I did re-evaluate, thats why its so inconsistent because I have changed my goals, I upped them and gained weight!!! So they are now back down to 1500.
