That doesn't make sense really on why you wouldnt be losing weight then, esp if you have 70 pounds to lose. Maybe go see a doctor or nutrtionist. But again, you eat a lot of fat.

You go over your fat allowance pretty often and also your really close to your carb limit, maybe you might want to try lowering it a bit? Are you working out, how often?

Loose skin comes from a lot of factors. But if you saw the last episode when she was working out at the end in the shorts you could tell her skin on her thighs werent the tighest. But you can lose the weight slowly and still have loose skin.

Whos knows if shes really losing 90 pounds in 90 days though. Could be all for tv. They lost the weight but who really says it only took them 90 days? Also if you noticed they don't have much to do other then eat right and work out. If I had all the time to work out my weight loss would be a lot quicker too!

I make it for myself, I make some whole wheat pasta and melt in some laughing cow cheese and some fat free milk. Idk how it would work if you were trying to make more then one serving though.

This is when I stop counting my calories. If im still at 85% of my heart rate when I step off the machine I dont stop my watch. I usually stop it when it hits about 50-60%.

Most people have to eat their exercise calories in order to lose weight, me on the other hand, can barely dip into them. Once I start eating my exercise calories I stop losing weight :-( Do what works for you!

I cant resist pizza. But becareful with the slimfast diet, once you stop it theres a good chance you will gain the weight back. But great job with the pizza!

I was suprised too! In past seasons they usually keep the younger people. I hate the first coulpe episodes because I feel so bad for the people that get kicked off!

I would go with what MFP suggests and see how that works for you. More then 2 pounds a week isn't healthy.

The best time for me is the morning.. because I hate hate hate working out at night. If I dont get it done first thing theres a 90% chance that I wont be working out that day.

Never heard of this before. I burn at least 600 calories in an hour in the gym and your saying I can do that in 10 minutes??? Kinda skeptical...
