I think you have to do what you feel is best for you. Its all about trial and error; if your hungry and eating breakfast stops you picking/ snacking throughout the morning then great! Well I plan to stick to my daily food limit leading up to Christmas. Then on Christmas day through to Boxing Day I will take them as free days but making sure that I go out for a long walk on each day.
