  • just finished day 5 of level 1 and its getting easier. When I started 30 day shred I could barely do 2 real pushups and now I can do 8 in a row! I'm starting to get a little bored so I'm excited to move on soon!
  • Finished day 2 today- I was impressed that even though I just finished 30 day shred, I am still sore from my first two days of ripped in30- mostly in my triceps and hamstrings. Hoping I can continue doing well!

  • I'm getting married May 27th, and when I tried on my dress it JUST fit. SO I am looking to lose at least 5 pounds, but I'm taking this opportunity to really get in shape and get down 10 pounds at least from my current weight.   • I did Level 3 Day 1 today, and so far I've lost about 3 pounds (and I cheated Christmas and New Years) As for Inches: Bust- 35.5->34 Natural Waist- 31->29 Hips-38.5->38 I have also been cutting my calories to 12-1400 a day! I'm pretty impressed with the results so far!
