  • There really isn't that much protein in them either and it's soy. For 90 calories it's 9 grams of protein for Body by Vi. My protein powder (whey protein, Bodybuilding.com) has 120 calories and 23 grams of protein and I can flavor it anyway I want just like the Body by Vi shakes. And it's cheaper.
