I'm the same height as you are, 1000 cals is not enough and you're losing weight way too quickly. Even 1200 isn't enough at that height. You're close to your goal weight, you should be aiming for two pounds. Three pounds maybe doable. These things can't be rushed. It happens, best thing to do is keep going at it. It's tough to break old habits.
