yip, I too weigh myself every morning..have done for years. Even when I was gaining weight. So yip, add me as a friend if you like. I am like the goktor..I need to see that figure. I wanna know that what I've been doing is having a positive effect on the scales. :)

Hey ladies how are you all doing? I'm a totaly tall girl from edinburgh. I'm 5'9.5" and I'm totally with you with the feeling that a 10lb loss doesn't seem the same as that on a smaller friend :( how annoying. Grrr! But I'll get there in the end!

I'm 5'9.5" so nearly there! My goal is 158. I've been this weight before and it was ideal for me. I actually got lower than this - around 150 - and I looked a bit scrawny but it may have been the way I had lost the weight (through a very local diet and stress!). I know where you're coming from. I don't tend to keep snacks in the house for this very reason. When I've lost a fair bit and am in the zone, then, yes, I can have things in the house. But I think it's easier if I don't.
