I jsut did my first 30 mitute workout with the Bob Harper's kettlebell video. Does anyone know how to add this exercise to our daily exercise log? I couldnt find it in the data base. Is there one I could substitute?

I struggle with my weight as well. One thing I do is park on the other side of campus so I have to walk farther. I go out of my way if I have time inbetween classes just to get more walking time in. One thing I do when I get discouraged is google positive affirmations for weight loss. Some nice quotes on there and always makes me feel better. Hang in there you can do this. Mandy

Are you a coffee drinker? I found that if I dont drink coffee, I dont crave the sweets, therefore I eat less sugar items and more healthy. I usually have a yoplait yogurt light fat free for breakfast and that helps me to eat something for breakfast and not over do it on the sugar and protein. Created by MyFitnessPal.com -…

I used to get sick if I ate in the morning also, thats when I cut out the coffee and now I drink water. Coffee can be hard on your stomach I have found.

I am not a breakfast person either. I usually have a yoplait yogurt fat free in the morning. It is recommended to eat something about every 4 hours to keep you metabalism going. If you eat something within 4 hours of getting up you should be fine. this has helped me with eating better.
