I'm 5'0" and have a small frame, so 95-100 pounds is still within my healthy weight range. I set that goal a long time ago -if I only lose another 10 pounds, I will still be happy :)

For snacking, I like to have dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.), fresh fruits (mostly berries) and nuts (mostly almonds). I also drink a lot of green tea and I buy those little juice boxes of apple juice. To avoid overeating, I separate my food into ziploc bags or little containers. I also find it hard to get time…

The best pointer I can give is to watch the video at least once before you do the actual workout. I spent a lot of Level 1 Day 1 staring at the screen so that I could see what they were doing while I was supposed to be doing the exercises. I learned my lesson for Level 2 and Level 3. :) Good luck!

A weird question but... Do I still log calories if I throw up my food? The food isn't in me anymore, so would it still count in my calorie totals? Would you adjust for this?

I think it's a great idea - I do this all the time! It's a good way to track progress and motivate yourself without depending on the scale. :smile:
