I have this problem too! :( I tried quitting cold turkey but it didn't last. So now I try to work sweets into my calorie limits for the day. I "promise" myself a treat at the end of the day if I eat well. That way I have a goal to work towards and use it to bolster my willpower. If you are going somewhere where you know…

I'm 5'0" and have a small frame, so 95-100 pounds is still within my healthy weight range. I set that goal a long time ago -if I only lose another 10 pounds, I will still be happy :)

For snacking, I like to have dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.), fresh fruits (mostly berries) and nuts (mostly almonds). I also drink a lot of green tea and I buy those little juice boxes of apple juice. To avoid overeating, I separate my food into ziploc bags or little containers. I also find it hard to get time…

The best pointer I can give is to watch the video at least once before you do the actual workout. I spent a lot of Level 1 Day 1 staring at the screen so that I could see what they were doing while I was supposed to be doing the exercises. I learned my lesson for Level 2 and Level 3. :) Good luck!

I like this challenge! :) I'm going to do 50 situps and 50 squats...Hopefully that's a little easier to manage for me. Good luck!

I know what you mean! I'm feeling very unmotivated today as well. To motivate myself, I have a pair of jeans that are a size smaller than what I wear. Just thinking about fitting into them makes me feel like working out! :) For the really hard days, I think about how hard I've worked (this is when I look at my exercise…

Thank you all for the advice! O_O I wasn't expecting so many replies! :) I'm 5'1". I was 130 lbs at my heaviest ever in January but I lost about 8 lbs because of stress...I wasn't working out at all. I thought that if I started working out, I would lose more weight and get more toned, etc. I'm not very big, but I'm flabby.…

A weird question but... Do I still log calories if I throw up my food? The food isn't in me anymore, so would it still count in my calorie totals? Would you adjust for this?

I think it's a great idea - I do this all the time! It's a good way to track progress and motivate yourself without depending on the scale.
