I've been tracking my eating since August and I'm halfway through the 30 Day Shred. I walk to work every morning for 45 minutes. I don't eat over 1200 calories. But I haven't lost any weight!!! Now that I've restarted MFP again, I find it hard to reach my goal of 1200 calories a day.
