I love 2 use dry beans, but i find them to be a llittle grainy compared to the caned bean. The caned beans have so much sodom, but I eat them because i cant make the dried bean taste good?? you have any advice???

I have been using a Ski machine( the machine is really old too). i work out about 30 min's and burn 230 cal's, but when i log it on MFP it adds about 100 more cal's. I have been stuck at the same weight for about 3weeks. so my question is what should i go by? the machine or MFP????

I am a vegetarian so all i eat is veggies, fruit and beans. I only have $50 to last me the rest of the month and Im also a single mother.
