Some guy pulled out in front of me and i was going about 50 mph!! my car is totaled.:sad: The crapppy part is i just paied my car off. It was a really nice car, but they are saying i will only get $4,000 for it. Im so up set:cry: you can't buy a nice car with $4,000 :sad: :sad:

Thomas - English Muffins - Multi-Grain Light, 1 muffin 100 Publix Brand - Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup 110 Classico - Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, 0.05 cup 5 I bake it in a toster oven!! total of 215 cals It is so yummy i thought i would share it!!

i eat a banana and some nuts for breakfast lunch i a english muffin pizza dinner grilled veggies and some beans!! snacks i will have nuts or special k bar! I am not trying to starve myself. I want to be healthy!!!

I eat pretty good. and take multi vitamins and eat alot of fruit , veggies,nuts and beans!

not really the norm for me. i would eat 1200 cal's and most of my exercise cals back, but for the past 2 weeks i haven't been that hungry!!

today i only ate 850 calories and i worked out and bruned 510 calories. I have 800 calories let, but i find myself not hungry. this happens to me alot. so should i eat the calories even tho im not hungry???? Iam also losing my hair. does ne1 else have this problem???

I haven't been eating nuts, but i did buy some today i will start eating them once a day. nuts have good fat right???mfp said i should have 60 grams of fat. i do alot of walking and i ride a bike i burn about 700 cals a day.

I was lookin at my fat in take. I don't eat that much fat. I am a vegetarian i eat alot of fruit and veggies. I was wondering if not eating alot of fat will keep me from losing weight???? :huh:

I just got ankle weights for my birthday and love them, but i dont know how to add them in my exercise diary?? does ne1 know? i also wanted to know what MFP friends thought of them? :smile:

im also a vegetarian:smile: breakfats I eat a banana or grapefruit for lunch some times i eat a english muffin( whole wheat) with a little pizza sause on it and some cheese for dinner My fav thing to eat is a chick pea salad with spinach ,onions, tomatoe and ranch dressing oh its so yummy!! i also love to grill my veggies

I feel your pain!! I was the same weight for 4 weeks!! today was my weigh in day and i lost 4 lbs!! All i can say is DON'T GIVE UP!! i almost did!, but im glad i didn't. :smile: good luck

Hey MFP friends!! I have been stuck at the same weight for 4 weeks now!! I dont know what im doing wrong!! i stay 300 under my cal intake and I bumped up my workout. anyone have ne suggestions????

is the veggie buger from burger king good??? and how many cal's? moring: a banana and speical k cereral lunch: 1 cup of home made chili Yummy snack: cantaloupe and banana dinner: grilled onions,asparagus,mushrooms with a spring mix salad and chick peas with chipolte lime dressing!!!
