Ahh glad to know I'm not the only one planning to end it early. The way I see it, I did the Kickstart Week so it still is the 90 Days.

I'm 5'4" and began around 160lbs in October. I was a tight 10 (US, American Eagle) and a large shirt. According to an online calculator, I had about 32% body fat, a 31 inch waist, about 41 inch hips, and a BMI of 27.5. And now I'm around 140lbs (last time I weighed in was over two weeks ago, I'm doing a month without the…

The first thing that comes to mind for me is to add a smoothie to your day, preferably after your work out. Pack it in with healthy sources of protein like protein powder, greek yogurt and some milk , then add all the fruits you choose. My smoothies usually add about 300 calories to my day and are delicious, filling, and…

Trent University in Ontario. Probably very few people on here have heard of it, not one of Canada's more prestigious place but came with a good scholarship and I love it's psych program. Plus small town girl, small school, small city - works for me :)

Ahaha yeah I just changed the display picture today after doing some progress pictures. I'm really digging my back lately. And no, the ticker used to have me playing soccer rather than archery - but since I stopped playing soccer this summer I felt awkward having it in my ticker. Might have to change it again because I'm…

I graduate from the BR on the 22nd and I'll be doing the NROL4W, so excited! Bought a barbell a couple days back and just wish I could start now. Cardio 3 and just the routine of the BR seems to be boring me lately. I love it, it's done a lot for me and kept me active, but lately I just have this itch to start lifting…

Sorry for my inactivity in the last little bit. When the spreadsheet got messed up I was just too lazy to make an effort, especially with how busy I am with school and work and life. I'm horrible, I know. But I'm back! I won't be tracking weight for a while (July 22nd is my next weigh in) but I'll have those house points…

Welcome aboard Anita! Just wondering what your stats are BMR and TDEE wise? 1767 for a reset just seems a bit low to me and I was just wondering, making sure you've got the right number and so on. The group standard settings seems to have carbs at 40%, protein at 30%, and fat 30%. Also don't be afraid to bump up your fibre…

I can see you're trying to save some money by deciding which set of dumbbells is for you and as a tip, I must recommend checking out your local kijiji site! Yesterday I just bought (today I picked up from the seller) a barbell, weight bench, 2 25lb plates, 2 15lbs, and 2 10lbs on kijiji for $50 and saw a couple similar…

You look great, awesome work! I see a lot of difference in your face, stomach area, and arms/wrists. And also, you have a beautiful smile! I just couldn't keep my eyes off it haha.

Sandman "Brief Lives" by Neil Gaiman and I have a "Becoming Vegetarian" open but not actively reading.

Is it weird that I find the scorpion push ups easier than the one legged push ups about three or four weeks back? Cannot do chatarunga to save my life, I definitely do the modifier haha. Fearing 12, about to do it for the first time in a minute.

Bump. I'm about to start NROL4W in a couple weeks and find these results all motivating!

Bump! These results are fantastic

I'm sort of in. I've been scaleless since the 24th of last month and am going to the 22nd. Still sort of in the same boat. The temptation is so hard to resist, I was definitely a daily weigher beforehand and it would affect my mood.

Thanks everyone for all your help! I'm upping the calorie goal on here as I speak. Just glad to have a little reassurance and not think that I'm incorrect in my thinking. If this isn't enough foodwise for me I'll probably bump to 15% but right now I think I'll keep with 20% and see how it goes this week.

According to the below chart, based on your large frame size (I'm not actually sure if that's really what size you are though, you'll have to check - best way to is to measure your wrist and input your number in this calculator here http://health.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Frame-Size-Wrist ) you should be aiming for…

A chocolate lab, Yoshi, who is the stereotypical lab - she loves to play catch (will not stop once you start, drops it at your feet, no fighting the ball away from her), swim, and is extremely good with people. And the other girl is Gibbs (after NCIS), a Maremma sheepdog. She's a bit dumb but I like her anyways.

This. At 5"4, 19 years old, moderately active and 148 lbs (I need to update this in a couple pounds I found BMR was1505 , TDEE (cals needed to maintain your weight at your activity level) is 2333 and with a 20% Cut I know aim for 1866. Started eating this amount (no net, just that number, only eating back exercise calories…

I'm not a big believer in the "muscle is heavier than fat" thing. A pound of muscle equals a pound of fat. A pound of lead is the same weight as a pound of feathers. Just changes in density, muscle takes up less space then fat by far and therefore looks better while weighing more/the same old fat that used to be there.…

Just a thought, if the op's blood test came back normal like stated, vitamin deficiencies/low iron wouldn't really be the issue. That's one of the standard things that is tested for when doing a blood test after a fainting spell. They ran my hemoglobin after I fainted in January (netting 1300) and it was low in hemoglobin,…

Finished Phase 2 as of today! Wahoo! I started at 151 lbs, shot up to 153 for a while, and am now sitting at 143.8lbs! Also my waist has went down 1.75inches, my hips .75", thighs 1", bicep an inch, and I finally am at a healthy BMI! Here's a little progress picture from when I started to today, I go into it a bit more on…

Nerds? I must join in on this thread. HP is my biggest love but I'm a huge fan of Sherlock and Doctor Who. And more recently, LotR - I bloomed late XD A Song of Ice and Fire anyone? Not to be a book snob but the books are better xD Don't judge though if you're into the books or the tv though, just always seems to be my…

This photo came across my facebook feed the other day as I'm a fan of White Collar on there. I think they were sharing it from the Magic Mike page and promoting his work or something? Meh, I don't really care that much. Just the picture. Matt Bomer... sigh, I am so looking forward to this movie and seeing him as a male…

I would love any friends from this group, I've added a couple of you already from this thread but feel free to send me a request if I didn't get around to you (need to get off the computer and work out). I'm 20 next month, a third year psychology major in a small Canadian university. I'm doing Jillian Michaels 90 Day Body…

It's not really how the program is designed to be done (doing the work outs back to back) but I guess you could do it. Probably wouldn't see the same results. It's probably better to space them out though, one each day. It might be doable for the early work outs but for later ones like 7 and 8, I can't see it being a good…

Hey Holly! I'm already one of your friends and saw that you posted this topic the other day and thought I'd comment for the people looking at it... Everyone add Holly! She's amazing and a great person, so nice and friendly. And she's a strong person/hard worker - I can definitely see her sticking with this for the long run…

Exactly what I was thinking. It's all about finding the maintenance point for me, finding the place where I really love and am comfortable with my body and staying there. I'm getting to that point soon, I know that as I'm very happy with my body where it is but still got a bit left to work on. Bah, maintenance, that idea…
