  • Squat and pass it under your legs. It might take you a few times to get an idea of how low you need to squat. If you squat too high you can't get it into your other hand. Squat too low and you can't pass it under.

  • I think you mean dieting, not doing cardio. You can get abs to show without cardio...you just need to have a low enough bf percentage. So you need to be in a caloric negative if they are not showing yet.

  • Both of these reasons are why the milk was cut. I bloat like no other with milk and I can save those calories for other protien rich sources later in the day. I did it with half the water today and much better...I am thinking I can probably cut it down again too. Did not want to puke. Lesson learned the hard way.
