Congrats on the improvement. I spent all day Saturday practicing HSPU also and still could not get one. I do not want to hear Thrusters. I cannot stand them. I do box jumps very slow. I'm hoping for a time cap also.

So I went back and did it scaled. I got 153. So close to finishing it. What do you guys think will be in 18.5? We have yet to do wall balls, box jumps, and thrusters.

I did this RX. I finished the DLs at 1:11 but I could not get a handstand to save my life. I have such a headache right now. I just wanted to try it. Monday I will do it scaled.

For this workout I mixed RX and Scaled. I'm OK on dubs so I did not have a problem getting through those, but I did have an issue with the overhead squats. I just can't seem to tackle that movement. If you are crazy then so am I. I did it again but this time RX. Finished at 11:20. I finished at 11:16 scaled. I did 105 on the cleans and didn't have time to load more weight. I’m glad I showed myself I could do RX.

Oh man, being no repped sucks. I wonder why they changed the burpee standards. I watched to Open and Vellner got no repped on the burpees and I replayed that portion of the video like 5 times and could not understand why.

Almost everyone that did it with me on Friday said they should have gone heavier on the cleans. We warned the ones that did it today to go heavier than they think and it was still to light for most of them. I wish burpees were my niche. I detest them. I and one and done. Wow I was barely at 10 reps in 2 minutes, good job. I just completed it today for a time of 6:48 RX. I don't know what my previous time was but I sure it was not RX.

I did it this morning, scaled. I got to the 3rd round of pull-ups (I cannot do chest to bar yet). I plan on doing it again on Monday and try to go heavier on the squat snatches. That is one of my weakest movements so this is just a good practice for me.

I just did it again, this time I RX'ed lunges. I did not get far at all. This go around I got to the 2nd round of the dumbbell cleans.

I totally scaled this one. I thought my IT bands were going to tear apart. I did not sign up for the open so I'm not sure what my score was but I get to the first round of scaled pull ups. I did 8 of those.

I did not sign up for the open. I never do, but I did do the workout this morning. I did complete the 40 dumbbells for a RX score of 145.

I plan on starting this soon. I got the templates and the e-book RP for Women that is pretty interesting right now. A lot of people at my gym have started it with great success. I plan to get my crap together so hopefully I can see the same results.
