  • OMG, its finally over. I scaled the workout and did 5 rounds of 20/40/60. It took me 63:07. The push-ups were brutal. It was a great group and plenty of drop ins. And of course THE FOOD. I hope everyone who did it had fun.

  • Wow, and us Texans are complaining about it being 25 degrees here, high is 39. One drop of snow and the entire city shuts down. We don't know how to drive on that stuff so it's best we stay home. Plus people like myself cannot function in the cold. I can't for the life of me understand how you guys do it up North.

  • My 2015 goals: 1) Get my eating in check. I'm just horrible at it and I know you cannot out workout a bad diet. 2) Drop 30 lbs. Once I conquer #1 the weight should drop. 3) Build endurance which should build off goals 1 and 2. 4) Learn to push myself. I quit way to soon.

  • I attend Westside Crossfit in Dallas, TX and North Irving Crossfit in Irving, TX. We would love to have you drop in if you are in our neighborhood.
  • Cleaned 150lbs today. The last time I did my max I was at 135lbs.
  • I WOD 4 times a week. M, W, F and S. I also take Krav Maga on T and TH.
  • I'm the same way, I can come up with to many excuses not to get to the gym in the evenings, with work being my #1 excuse. Even though I am not a morning person. I have to get up and get it out to way. Plus it gives me less time to analyze the WOD and talk myself out of it.
  • I work out at 7am, M,W,F and Saturdays. I do not eat anything before my workouts. After my workout I do drink a protein shake that usually keeps me full for a while before I get hungry for breakfast.
  • I broke it up into 10-20-30. It took me 72:12. I am so tired. I am going to sleep so good tonight.
  • I'm Murph'ing on Monday. I'm not looking forward to it. We did have a guy finish in 33 minutes and some seconds today. I know its going to take me over an hour.
