HOW ABOUT THEM COWBOYS!!!!!!!! Romo will not take us to a Super Bowl this year. With RG3 and Mike Vick waiting on us., I'm hoping we at least clinch the last spot in the playoff. We did get pass Elli and those Giants and everyone was betting against us. I say we end the season a little over .500. We are prone to injuries.

I have tried and failed on many occasions. Me and sugar is like crack to a crack head. 'It just keeps calling me'. I would have to enroll myself in a Sugar Anonymous class to over come my craving at this point. Good luck.

WOW!!! You are correct, I love sweets. My sugar and salt intake are always in the red. That program will be a big step to take for me. I would need to de-sweet my house first. How did you deal with the no sugar and no dairy? That would be my biggest issues to overcome. I would hate to start it and fail b/c of my need for sugar.

I do it all the time. If I decide to have a big meal, I make sure I have the exercise calories readily available for me to get my grub up. MPF made me change my motto to ‘I eat to live instead of I live to eat’.
