My goals: -exercise for one hour at least five days a week -drink at least 2 nalgene bottles of water a day -No carbs right before bed!!! -lose 8 lbs Non fitness goal-floss everyday My cheat day will most likely fall on a weekend dag but it may vary:smile:

For me its weekend indulgences (mostly beer) and carbs before bed...bad. i know.
