This is literally my same goal. That would be to get back to "me" abput 3 years and more than 20 pounds...but I know we can do it!!

my goal is to lose, but YES! and I hate when it happens...and I also would love an explanation. Happens on rest days sometimes but also on days i work out. Been trying to track it but honestly can't see a rhyme or reason. Some of it I know is directly related to TOM approaching but when it happens other times, I got no…

Thanks, EvanKeel. My confusion is the BMR - which was set above 1470 cals per two sources vs. 1390 as set by MFP. 1618 is the daily goal per IIFYM if I'm exercising. Get your point on setting to 1618 and not adding exercise cals, a good idea I might consider also. As for BMR though, should i keep at 1390 or set to 1470?

Whew!! All of you put me to shame! Ran my first 5k almost a month ago with a finish time of 38:10... I was damn proud of it though, especially since in training I had trouble getting under 40. Best of luck OP!

I struggle with breakfast too. I'm still working on being a breakfast eater. Had two scrambled eggs with about half a cup of black beans and shredded mozzarella cheese. Was so good! Would have been good with diced tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers or jalapenos too...or a piece of toast. I also have oatmeal and sometimes…

Don't know yet but with all that I've been eating, I wouldn't be surprised if its5 or more. Promised myself I wouldntstress it thought, so I refuse to, I know I'll be back on track when I return to my regularly scheduled life in a few days.

Agree with everyone. Not necessarily the blues, but even when I have a good excuse, I feel guilty and lazy and positive that I've gained at least 100 pounds (dramatic, I know.) One day back in the gym and I feel like my 'normal' self again. Working out has become a way to clear my mind and get 'grounded' again...going…

I plan to hit my goal weight FINALLY! Continue on this beautifully difficult fitness journey (that I'm loving by the way.) Also really want to run my first 5k...it's long overdue. More yoga.

You look so great! Such an inspiration!

My questions exactly. Can't wait to see responses. BUMP.

Thanks for posting this! My dilemma EXACTLY! 150 is also my goal weight and I've been stuck at the same weight since spring as we'll. Would love to hear some open, honest, non-snarky answers from mfps also. Thank you again for posting!

Just recently began sweating a lot. Wheb I first started working out, I didn't sweat much. Strangely, I've always wanted to be on eof those ppl that sweat a lot, I feel its a badge of honor...a visible sign of hard *kitten* work. ;-) within the past few months I've noticed I'll start sweating just as I'm warming up. so, I…

Thanks for this thread. Have noticed the problem lately and been frustrated with how to get rid of it. Going to try these solutions and see which one works. Thanks ladies.

YESS! So agree! I'm partial to the chocolate chip cookie dough by haagen dazs. ;)

Amen! Took me a while to get this as well. But, i now do the same things. No snacks or sweets allowed in my home, because...well, I'll eat them. But if I'm desperately craving, I'll go pick up just enough for ONE serving, enjoy and move on.

I heard somewhere that it's less about taking foods out of your diet and more about putting in good ones. With that in mind, I have tried pretty much every fad diet there is. To no avail (obviously). And of late, have adopted the following attitude: -I love food -I can and will eat all the foods I love yet in moderation -I…

Thanks for posting this!! I needed to hear that! I am struggling with the SAME issue and its reassuring to hear/see this. I've been (semi) consistent since Jan and have only lost 6lbs and even that's been a struggle. Thank you.

I spend about $100-$200 on groceries per month, including eating out. I'm single, I eat meat (although I do have my vegetarian days, not by choice I'll just find that some days I haven't had any meat, I'm ok with that). I do 'splurge' on mostly organic items and eat lots of fruits and veggies. Good to know I'm not too far…

Well, great to know I'm not the only one with this problem. I haven't lost much (yet) but of the weight I've lost, it seems its all in my belly. Clothes fall off my stomach but yet some pants are skin tight on my thighs. Squats, lunges and running haven't helped reduce mine either. What's a girl to do?

That is amazing and such an inspiration! Thanks for posting!
