It's only when tracking it I realise how much more I need. I just wish I could remember to keep track when I am on the go.

  • Interested to see responses to this. I've lost 50+kg and still have another 20kg to go, but am seeing the skin sag and at my age am not confident it will spring back. My trainer has me working on abs daily and says give it a year from the time I reach goal as she has seen many women lose the sags with targetted exercise.…

  • I joined the group because that is the time I seem to be vulnerable to choosing high sugar and/or high fat foods and tend to binge eat. If you read the posts most people are there to combat those type of bad habits not because it is wrong to eat late.

  • Me:7 LNS:3 Wanted something tonight but this challenge kept me on track. Last night I had a weight watchers sundae- not over my calories but still LNS and not needed.
