I put it in a pie dish with a touch of water in the bottom of it so it doesn't dry out then sprinkle it with Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning and cover it with tin foil. Cook it on 325 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily.

there is a recipes section in your food diary. just go in there and create a recipe for each meal. It will tell you how many calories are in each serving plus how many are in the whole meal. Good luck and have fun!

One of the trainers hit on me last time I was at the gym. I'm married but it still flattered me because I haven't been hit on in so long...since I was thin about 5 years ago! LOL

Oh! And lots of water will help!

Apples bananas and other similar fruits are great sources or fiber. Same with beans. Just make sure you soak the beans overnight so you don't have the poot poot side effect

Thank you for all your recipes!! I LOOOOVE angel food so I'll have to try the one with crushed pineapple. actually...I'll have to try all of them! lol just not all at once! I found a curtis stone recipe for vanilla cupcakes with banana frosting and it's only 60 calories! :)

I tried 1200 for a while but found I was always cranky and had headaches so I upped my calories to 1500. I've actually been losing at a better rate than I was at 1200. Some days I eat just about 1200 and other days I may go over but with 1500 calories I am able to adjust based on the day and how my body is feeling.

I'm losing at a nice rate and almost always go way over on my protein. I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as you are getting sufficient amounts of your other nutrients.

if your NET calories are below 1200 then your body will go into starvation mode. You will lose faster in the beginning without eating them back but it won't last long. Your body will go into starvation mode and cling to every bit of fat and calories in your body and won't let you burn any of them off. Essentially you will…

I've never done it in a salon...I always just use Sun-in in the summer time and I get pretty platinum really fast. Like the above posts said, it does depend on how dark your hair is. If you do it, post a before and after pic!

I use a fitness program through my Polar HRM. I shoot for 3 hours and 50 minutes a week of training and 1750 calories. If I go above that then great but that's what I shoot for.

LOOOOVE Amy's Organics! I really like the mexican meals...tamales, enchiladas...etc haven't had a bad meal yet!
-
yep :) I bought one from Target for $30. LOVE IT!

I have found I don't really like many other drinks other than water/mint water now. I used to LOVE pop and lemonades but not so much anymore. I bought a light lemonade today to treat myself but only drank about 1/3 of it and threw it out. I just didn't like the taste anymore.

thank you!
-
haha I like that idea! I treated myself to a half a peanut butter sandwich

HAHAAHAHAHA! about the Jillian Micheals comment

So Sorry about your job! Depression sucks I battle with it too... just remember that exercise releases endorphines which help to boost your mood. Eat the crackers for a little bit then put them away and go for a walk. YOU WILL FEEL BETTER! I have thought so hard about what I would do if I lost my job and I decided I think…

I have a Polar ft60 and LOVE it! Make sure whatever you get has a chest strap and has you put in your height, weight, gender, and date of birth.

Emerald Just came out with 100 calorie Cocoa roast almonds. Dark chocolate and nuts! mmmmm :)

I get Chobani Greek yogurt with the fruit in it and just mix it well. it is very very creamy and smooth. if you don't want fruit in it then you can buy the vanilla or plain. I would suggest mixing the yogurt before you eat it because there can be some natural setteling that occurs. It's quite yummy though!

I have not had any of those problems but if you don't have a menstrual cycle that could be a warning sign that you are not eating enough calories and are exercising too vigorously. I would go in and talk to your doctor just to make sure everything is ok.

My favorite salad that Chili's used to have was over 1000 calories WITHOUT salad dressing! They don't have the salad anymore and that's probably a good thing because it was SOOOO good but sooooo high in calories.

I gave up pop for Lent too! I've just decided that I want it out of my diet for good so I have completely cut it out. As for your calorie situation...Still eat supper. Just do it with a healthy low calorie meal. Maybe some tilapia (or lower calorie fish of your choice) and a full can of green beans? Or whatever you want…

Oh I love to eat too! The taste the chewing the feeling of the food everything! You'll figure out what works best for you to help avoid over eating. For example, I LOVE Chinese food and since starting my weight loss I haven't had any so when I get a crazy craving for it I will cut up a lot of veggies and steam them then…

Set yourself mini goals. and then reward yourself when you hit those mini goals. Like my mini goals are in 15lbs increments. When I lose my first 15 lbs my reward will be a body wrap (I've been dying for one for about a year now), when I reach 30lbs down I will buy a new swim suit...and on and on. When I reach my ultimate…

Special K cracker chips. they are super light and work well with salsa and the like.

I had a Timex and always ended up with a count about three times higher than I actually burned. It didn't take into account my height, gender or age so it didn't give me an accurate count. I bought a Polar ft60 and haven't looked back. :) As for how many calories you should consume to offset the calories burned I would…
