  • I haveYour Shape Fitness and it defitnitely gives a great work out!
  • I know some Czech and would love to become fluent in it but I can't find any place that teaches it soooo guess I'm out of luck there. I took two years of German in high school but hardly ever used it so I've since lost 99% of it... I would love to be fluent in German as well.
  • I have the DVD and do it when I can't get to the gym...it's definitely a good workout if you are as out of shape as I am!
  • I always push through the sore muscle pain...that being said I always make sure that I take a rest day each week. Sometimes two... good luck and just listen to your body. If you are too sore to work out then take a day or two off to recover.
  • fresh veggies have almost no sugar in them. Most fruits have natural sugar in them...if you're hungry and you're below 1200 calories then you need to eat and better to eat a healthy snack than junk food. Just pick something that is healthy and I wouldn't worry about the sugar in it for today. Tomorrow is a new day to try…
  • Good JOB!! the hot fresh chocolate chip cookie would have been soooo hard for me too! I have to say I'm proud of myself because the last week I've been dying for some icecream but I didn't give in! All I have is the thick creamy vanilla bean in my freezer (for my hubby). I'm sooooo proud of myself for telling myself nope!
  • After 4 years ago I lost 34 lbs in just under 3 months. I was on a doctor supervised diet with appetite suppresants. It worked wonderfully and I kept the weight off until I moved way far from my family and got really sick. Fell out of the good habits and gained all of it back plus some...so here I am trying it again…
  • stay away from the strudel! VERY good but high in sugar. The Kolaches are good but limit yourself to one . I'm czech and love alll of the czech foods :) Have fun!
  • I used to have horrible migraines but since giving up on the diet pop they have disappeared. I never ever thought it could have been related. Although I did know how horrible aspartame is. It's also linked to a condition like MS...YIKES! and the FDA approved it! hmmmmm
  • I had a Timex and it worked well for when I just worked out outside and such but it had some inconsistencies. When I would put it on sometimes the heart rate would freeze and be abnormally low or just wouldn't change. Plus on the machines it would get some interfierance (spelling?). I bought a Polar to replace it and…
  • I have a heart rate monitor (Polar ft60) so I use the calorie count on that. It has height, weight, date of birth, and gender plus other specific information for the person using it. Plus it goes specifically off of your heart rate.
  • I use protein shakes in the morning for breakfast. Usually with a banana. It helps me stay full until lunch and I feel like it gives me an edge on my calories because I tend to go over in the mornings because I'm still half asleep and don't think really about how many calories are in my food for breakfast. Plus I eat too…

  • That's one heck of a motivation and reward!!
  • I usually do a small granny smith apple and/or a wheel of mini baby bell cheese... it's ok to be under some days. So long as it's not every single day.
  • I love Almond milk to drink but I don't care for cooking with it. Maybe I should try it again...I haven't tried in a while.
  • I make scrambled eggs with salsa mixed in and a light sprinkling of skim mozarella cheese on top. My hubby has NO IDEA that it's actually low in calories and good for him! Double Plus bonus: it tastes awesome!
  • when I hit 15 lbs I'm going to go get a body wrap. I can't wait! and When I hit my goal weight then I am going to treat myself to laser hair removal. (something I've been wanting for a looooong time!)
  • Thank you for posting this!!
  • my day off is what ever day it fits into my schedule. haha! I know usually it's the other way around but I go to school and work so I get to the gym as much as possible and when ever it doesn't fit into my schedule is when I take the day off...
  • welcome! I have about 60 lbs to lose so I feel you're pain. Feel free to add me if u want!
  • here's to doing this together! :flowerforyou:
  • bananas are very good for you, although they do have sugar in them they are a more complex sugar than regular white sugar plus the other nutrients in the fruit are very good for you. The fats that occur naturally in fruits and vegetables are also good for you. I would not worry about it. It's better to eat fresh fruits and…
  • Yes yes! I love greek yogurt! especially the new Chobani greek yogurts!
  • I'm 23 and have always struggled with my weight. I'm dealing with infertility and I've read that losing weight can help aid in getting pregnant so I'm trying it. That, and it's too dang hot in AZ to be fat! haha!
  • switch up your routine. Maybe just use the regular gym equipment or do a different kind of class? Also, if you are finding you can't keep up because you are lacking in the stamina/energy needed to keep up then try upping your calories by 100 for a few days and/or drinking a protein shake about 30 minutes before you work…
  • go to your settings and set your goals. Once all your info is entered into it you will have an accurate calorie goal Good Luck!
  • about 80% of the time when I have a nagging headache that won't go away (due to stress as well), I drink a lot of water and if after a day that doesn't help I will go buy a starbucks coffee...the caffeine helps my migraines and other headaches. It doesn't have to be starbucks but that's just what works for me. Good Luck! I…
  • you need to get in to see a doctor and a therapist. The therapist will help you work through the body dismorphia and help you begin to get to a healthy weight again. Please don't put it off, your body is eating itself and you won't be able to sustain your body functions and organs for very long at such a low weight and…
