it's probably BEGGING if you are drinking 24 cups. You have to be very careful with that much because it can flush out the potassium in your system too which can cause heart failuer and seizures.

I have the same problem at my gym sometimes. When it happens and they are on the machine that I want to get onto next I ask them if they're finished with the machine. I just butt right into their conversation :)

You stop running to the bathroom after a while...once your body gets used to it. I can drink 10-12 glasses a day and only go to the bathroom like four times (other than right after getting up and right before going to bed) :drinker:

I always get more hungry. I usually use a day or two during it as cheat days. Makes me feel better. Good Luck!

this is when it's a good idea to have something in the freezer that you can just throw in the oven with zero prep time. great advice about mixing the higher calorie foods in the pantry with a big salad or some other higher fiber lower calorie fruits and veggies. I'll have to start doing that. I also have to start with the 10 minute exercises thing. I'm only a pound away from my first mini goal. and I can't wait to hit that half way mark…
