I find I'm much more successful if i keep sugar intake way down, including fruit. I go for fruits lower in sugar and eat lots of veggies, and protein. But just find something that works for you :flowerforyou:

@jojorocksfore Looks like you're at the start of your weight loss journey. The best advice I can give you is to find a way you can do this that is sustainable for you. Eat well and exercise and you won't need to get bogged down in stuff like this. I suggest you have a read of Helloitsdans thread, lots of valuable info for…

It's definitiely possible to gain muscle on a deficit when you still have a decent amount to lose. Your arms can get bulkier from the muscle under the fat, but once the fat reduces on your arms they look less bulky. I think what you're doing is fine, just keep at it, you're still new to lifting :)

This is why you're my sister :flowerforyou:

You alternate between workout A & B So you do Workout A1 Workout B1 Workout A2 Workout B2 and so on so where it says Workouts 1, 2 for squats its workouts A1 & A2

I accept that no one is going to smell great when they're working out hard, But some of the guys at my gym, i just don't understand how they can't be aware of how bad they smell. One guy has atleast a 5 metre radius of stench, he clears the entire weights area - perhaps that was his plan? Its horrid.

how long has it been 2 inches more for? Your body fluctuates quite a lot, as ShreddedTweet said, its probably water retention or something. It's normal before your period too. I wouldn't worry :flowerforyou:

how much exercise are you doing?
-
This made me smile, lots  So happy for you. This is a huge achievement :flowerforyou: Keep up the excellent work, anything is possible!

What's the weight you've been lifting? I'm 5'5 too :) and i've been steadily increasing my weights. I've just started lifting 200lbs for deadlifts. As for how much more you have to lose - its all relative. The more lean body mass you gain, the denser (and therefore heavier) you are, than someone else the same size with.…

I am sure when you get to where you want to be, you can look at the scale and go "that!" Whether it ends up being the two full stone or who knows maybe you'll gain some more lean body mass and end up being a little denser and be athletically thin and a bit heavier than other people of that size and height. Don't worry…

No fun! I found a digestive zyme from a healthfood shop (make sure it's one that doesn't have any bile salts) that seemed to help a lot. But since then, the further along i've come in getting fitter, healthier and eating more wholesome fiberous food, the less trouble i've had with it all in general :drinker:

My doctor explained after that 1 of 3 things happen after you have it removed 1. (and apparently most commonly), your body 'MacGyvers' a gallbladder with your bile duct 2. You slow your bile production, which is easily remedied by taking bile salts to help with digestion 3. You produce the same amount of bile, but as its…

also: http://www.gallbladderattack.com/ was a good website, especially to get some relief before (if you do end up having it removed)
-
I've had my gallbladder removed. They like to take them out, like a band-aid solution Mine was really infected and needed to come out. And while you can live without a gallbladder, you do actually need it. Try to ease off any greasy or spicy foods. The pain you get is when one of the stones blocks the bile duct.

I think it's viewed as not being very socially acceptable to say, regardless that most people think it. And on the other side people will often presume its because of their weight when they get rejected too, regardless of what they were told. There are always exceptions though

I'd line up! Lol :blushing:

I will pick out the positives too, at the very least i will say well done for logging, but i don't put a blind congratulations if its not really a great day. Everyone is at a different stage in this, for some step one is cutting back on something. Baby steps. As for the comments about it being none of your business - at…

I count them all, but i then subtract my TDEE for that time period. Lets assume my TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) is 2000 calories eg, how much you normally burn during the day = roughly 83 calories an hour so lets say my HRM says i burn 300 calories in 30 mins My 'exercise calories' are 300 - 41.5 = 258.5 exercise…
