I log it as dancing, general, and log your time. Its a little relative, the Wii can't really tell how much you're actually moving your legs etc.

LET IT HEAL! Get it checked by a physio, they will speed up the healing process. No pain no gain DOES NOT apply here. I stuffed mine several weeks back at tennis and pushed on through like an idiot. I think you weigh the least first thing in the morning after the toilet, before breakfast. I think its also better to do it then, because its a bit more of a constant than other times of the day (for me, atleast) I weigh myself everyday, but I think i just like to have more plots on my progress graph haha, i just look at…

I'm the same, keeping my diary open keeps me in check and more likely to opt for healthy choices because a) i don't want to have to log something bad and B) don't want others to see me eating bad things, i want them to be impressed with my healthy choices

Your body takes a while to adjust to anything new. Are you eating any fruits, veggies and leafy greens?

I always assume when someone says muscle weighs more than fat, they mean that of the same volume (area) of fat vs muscle, the muscle is heavier as its more dense than fat. Obviously 5 pounds of muscle weighs the same as 5 pounds of fat weighs the same as 5 pounds of feathers and so on...

I used to waitress at an all you can eat buffet, so I've seen lots of "trying to get my moneys worth" people, but honestly, they leave feeling dreadful and sick for the rest of the day. I don't see how that is getting a good deal for your money. If you try to make good choices while you're there, you'll feel much better…

Yeah I can exceed 5 minutes (while chanting "happy place, happy plaaaaccee", the more you do it the easier it gets to go for longer... sure does burn. I can't do the side ones for very long though...
