For myself, I have a hard time regulating how fast I'm running... which can be detrimental when trying to increase the amount of running that you can do. I'm 21 years old and have no children... but I shamelessly own a pair of Mom jeans. I reserve them for doing work around the house/yard in cooler months when athletic shorts are not appropriate and neither is exposed skin. They also work well for snow days :)
