First or second one gets my vote. Third one is blingy and nice but unless your going to be hitting high pounds soon, its probably overkill. Seems you ruled it out anyway. Save some money, use it on extra's elsewhere. One thing to consider is height. I actually built mine based on the first two or similar ones and its about…

I always love these threads. Not just for all the wonderful eye candy, but to see the success from everyone. If I get half the success of most of you from lifts I'll be happy. :flowerforyou:

Anyone can add me. Been active here for months and months, log in daily. Active with my friends who are active with me. Not so much on the boards usually. I do have some fun, as to me it can make a difference in your day. My loss is slow slow slow. Also doing lifts. Anyway add if you wish. Cheers

Not sure on a shout out, how about a high five instead? :D

Not as good as water sure, but no where have i seen where one a day is bad for you. Moderation would be key. But to each their own. I have a sugar free rockstar almost daily. I have never seen an ill effect from it. Sugar levels normal, blood pressure normal. Pulse. Normal. But everyone is different. If you like it. Do it.

I currently have around 60 and shrinking as folks drop off. Of course not all post anything other than exercise and diaries, or nothing at all. But the ones who are socially active on my list make a big difference to me. Its not all fitness and weight all the time which to me is great. However there is always that mutual…

I do mine at home. Which made it much easier on me to accept lifting a bar to start. Total props to guys that follow from the start at a gym. It would definitely be an ego check for sure. Even at home I can't say the thought of increasing faster didn't cross my mind. I'm just coming to 12 weeks here soon and now some days…

Yeah, I stuck with the plan too. Some guys ramp up quicker but I figured it wouldn't hurt. I'd stick with it.

On the other hand, I just ate 25 twinkies, and no one knows. Nor do they count

Check out strong lifts or starting strength. Both good beginner programs.

Bro, Am I on 4chan?
-
That was enough to make my day. Whoot!

Just keep rubbing it! Usually works for me. :tongue

Wow. So much awesomeness! Best thread on MFP. lol

You dont. You develop habits. Breaking the ones you have will be hard. But not impossible. Trade them for better habits. After time it won't be a thought. My 2 cents Good luck

yup. don't start off worrying about weight. Form will be the most important at the beginning. Check out starting strength or stronglifts, even if you don't think you will do them. The basic premise is there.

I personally don't see why not. Make sure your warmed up and leave yourself enough rest days. And squat /rows. You know you wanna! lol.
-
Awesome work. And looking great!
-
Yup wow wow wow. Somehow I don't think my 12 weeks is gonna look the same. But good on you. That's awesome.
