Another one to add to the I know it was bad but... 7-11 muffins. I used to stop for one of these almost every morning. I logged one once and that was my last one lol. I think it comes in at 590 cal for the banana one. I knew they weren't the best, but never paid much attention until I came here.

Met can be harsh on the stomach. It definitively improves. Try different times of day and watch what your eating with it. I found fruit would make me feel like you do. Also, I believe there is an extended release form that they say is more tolerable. Type 2 here btw.
