Hmmm...make sure you eat before you go and bring some water with you. Be confident but not cocky, dress professional, and be yourself. Showing some true personality is refreshing, and GOOD LUCK!

LOL! Had my first giggle for the day... But seriously...bake it in cake, bring to work, watch your co-workers devour it =)

Losing weight is *still a positive thing*! No matter how long the effort takes. To get an idea, go to the store (or to your pantry) and pick up a 5 lb bag of sugar, flour, or whatever. You are 1 lb away from that 5 pounds but you will get the idea. It is *heavy*! And that's how much has come off your body. Hang in there!

Love the taste of coffee, but at the advice of my doctor I switched to decaf. I then had headaches (I guess from the caffeine withdrawal) for about 3 days. Drinking decaf almost every morning, and it still tastes good =)

Most defnitely the Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges package. Only 35 calories per wedge piece and they are so yummy! A must get for me is the big package of organic spinach, asparagus, fruit, and the seasoned roasted seaweed (only 30 calories per package!) ... I could go on and on =)

Your post and others as well...are the main reason I love logging onto MFP. I thoroughly enjoy reading all the Success Stories so a big congratulations to you! Losing 100 lbs is no joke and you did it! Welcome to the 'century club' =) ... thanks for providing me more inspiration too!

Most definitely Kale Chips! And my little one likes making them with me and eating up almost a whole sheet pan of them. You can also get baby kale, and can cook it the same way you would do baby spinach, or eat as a salad.

here's my 5 must haves... 1 - coffee 2 - greek yogurt 3 - cheese 4 - spinach 5 - fruit in general, whatever is in season, and right now it's been cherries for the past two months - not sick of them yet and will sorely miss them when they're out of season!

Exactly! You have four kiddies and you seem to get a lot of activity within your 'normal' day. Kudos to you too! How about just increasing your water intake?

Muscle cramps? I get those ocassionally (maybe once every 2 months or so), and I drink a bit of pickle juice - poured straight from the pickle jar. This helps relieve my muscle cramps almost immediately. Here's an article for reading entertainment, you can scroll down to read the pickle juice part:…

You might also want to try cottage cheese. Lately I've been eating Knudsen 2% lowfat On the Go brand. I get 12g of protein per the 4oz. serving and they're easy for me to bring to work or take on the go if I keep it with an ice pack.

This is me also. Every single day. I admit that I don't want to be obsessed with numbers, but seeing the digits on the scale helps keep me accountable and motivated.

I attempted Optifast, similar to Medifast I think, about 3 years ago. I wasted a lot of money purchasing those ready mix shakes. It was part of a medical weight loss program so it was required for me to purchase a specific amount every single week. I did it for a few months, and just quit. It was hard to keep drinking the…

Ooooo, fun thread! I feel out of it that I haven't gone to any concerts in a very long while, but have seen a lot of cover bands, and they are just as exciting =). Here's my list, and I am dating myself... Anthrax, Def Leppard, Alice in Chains, Lynard Skynard, Journey, Janet Jackson, Madonna, The Judds, Gary Valenciano,…

Also pictured are pineapples that I've cut in quarters length wise then sliced on each wedge. Move each cut piece in opposite directions so that it makes a pretty pattern and place on platters. Although not lowfat the pineapple tastes great with pepper jack cheese. Good luck with whatever you decide to make! Happy fourth!

Here's something that I've done...Strawberries and Blueberries on sticks: Top View: Hope the images work...
