Yes, but i've been on again of again these weeks. I try to log everything i eat and to eat 130g of proteins per day but it's very hard.

Thank you for the answer :) i forgot to say i restarted working last october, i start at 9am and i get home late in the evening like 8 pm or mire. I try to go to the gym 3 times a week and do yoga streches after. I just want to know if i'm doing it right ...
