Been there. Gotta tell yourself that you don't care what the scale says. You know that eating right and exercising is good for your body so just keep at it. Do a little better tomorrow and then a little bit better the next, etc. until you are back on track. Give yourself a break from the scale until you've been on track…

This group sounds great but I'm actually in Miramar (south broward). Oleta River is probably the farthest park I want to drive to on a Sunday morning! I'm fine with most activities.

I've only lost 15 lbs so I'm no expert. I have one day a week, Saturday, where I eat fast food and all the snacks I want. And surprisingly, I don't want much anymore. Throw a granola bar or a protein shake in your bag. I would have taken a cookie and a few crackers. It's all about moderation after all, right. You were probably way under your calorie goal for the day and a cookie or two wouldn't have hurt. Or even an extra delcious sounding home fry!

My uncle is general manager of an urban radio station in atlanta and before I had my own stuff going on, I would hang out there. I've met many rap & r&b stars like toni braxton, anita baker, destinys child (original group), ice cube, dj khaled & monica.

1/14: 205 1/21: 204.8 1/28: 203.8 = 15 pounds total I started this journey with some friends on Oct 8 thinking we could lose 20 pounds by Dec.31...hahahaha! This 39 year old metabolism is sloooow!
