its a new year and its a year that you can measure your success. just record what you eat today and any exercise you do today. then try it again tomorrow and soon you will be in a pattern and it will get easier and you will be successful..if you want to add me as a friend feel free to do so

As long as you stay within your calorie allotment for the day you will slowly lose. I was away for two nights last week and did not even record what I ate and when I came back got right back to charting everything I ate and I lost 3 pounds this week. So there is some encouragement for you. I am back to the gym this morning…

Thats Great..Its a new week and just take one day at a time and you will achieve what you set out to do. I was at the gym by 6:30 this morning and did a 25 minute workout on the treadmill :laugh: Have a great day

This gives me encouragement to not only watch what I eat but to get myself into a good workout routine that will make my muscles burn the fat and not store that crazy stuff:smile:

I want to be in this group. It sounds like a fun and motivating way to do the things that will help you along your journey. Today are the three things that I want to do 1. Stay within my Calorie goals for the day 2. Record everthing I eat 3. Drink the 8 glasses minimum of water for today:drinker:
